Glendale Residences is led by Muyiwa, a seasoned project development engineer with a background in Mechanical Engineering and a diverse portfolio spanning renewable energy, commercial, industrial, and residential real estate.

Before founding Glendale, Muyiwa led major infrastructure projects including an 18MW independent power plant, an 8 million-litre-per-day industrial waterworks, and the development of over 5,000 residential units across Nigeria.

With this depth of experience, he has guided Glendale to deliver over 1,400 premium homes—from detached and semi-detached duplexes to modern flats—designed with a focus on luxury, comfort, and long-term value.

His leadership continues to shape our mission: to redefine modern living for families in Lekki and beyond.
